Accounts and balances
Read accounts, balances and account details from a connection.

Data
GET /v3/accounts returns every account on a connection, each with a type (checking, savings, card, loan, investment), a currency and a masked number.
Balances include current and available amounts. For cards, available is the remaining credit. Call GET /v3/accounts/{id}/balance for a fresh read from the bank; the list endpoint returns the last synced value.
With the account_details product, checking and savings accounts also return full account and routing numbers or IBAN, where the bank shares them.
